Thank you for applying to be a Coach of the B.WELL Foundation mentoring program!

To help us understand the 8-week paid mentorship program you would like to offer, please fill out the following form.

Creative Coaches programming connects students and underserved youth to community mentors through specialty programming accessible to over 33,000 Des Moines Public School students. Students will have access to arts and culture through programming taught by local professionals from all major disciplines of music, art, comedy, and other creative hands-on opportunities. Through Creative Coaches, we can help youth expand their critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and social-emotional well-being through unique learning opportunities and guided mentorship.

Selected applicants will be asked to participate in an interview and orientation with B.WELL Foundation prior to club start date. There is a chance not all applicants will be chosen.
