Please read this before you submit, it will save us both time.
• We do not take appointments on Saturdays. Saturday is walk-ins only, 11am–5pm.
• One form per tattoo. Multiple tattoos = multiple forms.
• Group bookings must be scheduled back to back. Please coordinate with your group before submitting.
• Booking requires a 50% non-refundable deposit that goes toward your tattoo.
Once we receive your form, here is what happens next: we will either send you a quote and a booking link, invite you in for a consultation, or let you know that we are not the right fit for your piece. Every submission is read by our team. We are in studio Wednesday through Saturday, so expect to hear from us on those days. We do our best to respond within a week, sometimes longer during busy periods.
