🐾 Scoopin’ with Tabby – Service Agreement & Liability Waiver
1. Services Provided

Scoopin’ with Tabby agrees to:

• Remove pet waste from designated outdoor areas (e.g., yards, dog runs)
• Bag and dispose of waste in the client’s outdoor trash bin, unless otherwise arranged
• Service properties with multiple dogs
• Provide an optional pet-safe yard deodorizer spray upon request
• Visit on the agreed schedule (e.g., once or twice per week)

2. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the service area (unlocked gates, no aggressive animals present)
• Inform us of the number of dogs on the property and notify us of any changes
• Ensure the yard is accessible and free of excessive hazards (e.g., debris, overgrowth, flooding)

3. Scheduling & Weather

• Scoopin’ with Tabby will service your yard on the same day each week unless otherwise arranged
• Severe weather or unsafe conditions may result in a rescheduled visit
• Missed visits due to weather will be rescheduled or credited

4. Payment & Fees

• Payments are due [weekly/monthly] in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Additional charges may apply for:
  • More than 4 dogs
  • Large yards or heavily soiled conditions
  • Yard deodorizer spray ($5 per visit)
• Missed payments may result in paused service

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to skip or reschedule a visit
• No refunds for same-day cancellations unless due to an emergency
• You may pause service for vacations or travel with notice

6. Pet Safety & Liability

• We are not responsible for pets escaping due to unlocked or broken gates
• Aggressive pets must be secured during service times
• We are not liable for damage caused by hidden hazards in the yard

7. Service Termination

• Either party may cancel service with 7 days’ notice
• We may cancel service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or repeated access issues

8. Acknowledgment & Waiver of Liability

By signing this form, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above, and release Scoopin’ with Tabby and its owner from liability for routine services, except in cases of gross negligence.
