Contribution and Access

The full exchange for this 6-day immersion is $4,300, with an early bird donation of $3,900 available for those who apply and submit their deposit by September 15 2025.

Your contribution reflects the depth of care, presence, and years of study our team brings to creating a safe and well-supported container. We pour our energy, time, and heart into every aspect of this retreat—preparing the medicine, cooking nourishing meals, and holding each person with individual attention. Your exchange honours not just the practical costs but also the dedication behind this work.

Exchange Options

Full Exchange: $4,300.

Early Bird Donation: $3,900 (applications and deposits submitted before 15 September 2025).

Supported Access: A few spots at $3,800–$4,100 are reserved for those who genuinely need financial support.

Payment Plans: Flexible payment arrangements are available. Please contact mail@sacredjourney.earth for details.

We trust that those applying for Supported Access will do so from a sincere place of need. We kindly ask that this option not be requested simply for a lower price, as each contribution helps us honour the energy and commitment of our team. If you feel called to join but finances are a challenge, we invite you to explore personal or community resources first, and then reach out to us. We are open to a respectful conversation about solutions in genuine cases.

Refund Policy

Because this is a small, intimate gathering of 12 participants, each place is carefully considered. Once you have committed, we ask that the full contribution be made at least two weeks before the start of the gathering via PayPal, Zelle, or bank transfer.

Please note:

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 60 days of the gathering start date.

If we are able to fill your space, we can offer a refund or apply your contribution toward a future gathering, minus a $150 administrative fee.
Your contribution ensures that this immersion is nourishing for everyone involved, including our team, allowing us to continue offering this work with integrity and care.
