TERM AND CONDITIONS
Please ensure that you have read over terms and conditions, prior to signing the enrolment form for your child to attend our programme. The copy of our terms and conditions is attached with our enrolment form.
By selecting and enrolling your child/ren at RHYTHM SCHOOL OF INDIAN MUSIC [RSIM] you do as such in full concurrence with these Terms and Conditions and recognize that you have perused, completely comprehend and consent to the accompanying:
REGISTRATION AND ENROLMENT
At the time of enrolment you consent to give us all data (if so required) and acknowledgement in regard to the health and well-being of your youngster and you should furnish us with all exact and genuine data as might be mentioned and not retain or modify any data that might influence or restrict your or another child's capacity to partake securely and completely, or restrict or keep an instructor from having the option to embrace his/her jobs securely and completely.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
RSIM’s fees is $120 including GST for full session of 4 weeks having one individual class of 30 minutes per week with each student.

REGISTRATION FEE
We charge an oddball non-refundable one time Registration fees of $50 Incl. GST for administrational expense per child which is payable by you at the time of enrolment of the student at RSIM.
CHANGES, ABSENCES, CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWALS
You recognize and consent that when you enlist and register your child at RSIM you are 100% dedicated to your child going to for the full session. 1. Changes
Enrolments might be changed before the beginning of the session for which your child is enlisted and enrolled subject to relevant deductions in the paid fees by you at time of enrolment. Any change to enrolment will be by shared understanding between the management of RSIM and family mentioning the change or move.
2. Absences
No refunds will be given for non-appearances of the students after commencement of the session under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation
No refunds will be given in the cancellation of classes. If the school cancels any classes, students will be given make up classes in the next available slot. All the cancellations will be reported 24 hours prior to the class timings to be eligible for makeup class.
Cancellations can be done via email, text or phone call.
Make class time slots will be allotted only once subject to the availability of timings.
4. Withdrawal
No refunds will be given for withdrawal of the students after commencement of the session under any circumstances
ATTENDANCE ROLL
Participation of each of the RSIM youngsters is recorded toward the start of the day at roll call. This data is accessible to your youngster's other school, for their participation records, on demand.

PARALLEL CLASSES
The students cannot learn the same subject from other music schools or teachers outside the RSIM. Default can face termination of courses.
FORCE MAJEURE EVENT
RSIM shall not be responsible for any obligations under this enrolment in whole or in part where it is prevented from executing its obligations under this Agreement in whole or in part due to force majeure, such as earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, and war or any other unforeseen and uncontrollable event.
CONSENT TO ACTIVITY
At the time of enrolment, the Consent to Activity should be perused cautiously. By finishing this, you recognize that you agree to your child taking an interest in, and participate in the activities, events and performance allocated to your child by RSIM time to time.
PARENT/SIBLING’S INVOLVEMENT

MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS
The students must bring their own musical instruments as per their course requirement.
HEALTH AND SAFETY

All personal information collected by RSIM is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of establishing and maintaining records held by.
Personal information will only be released or made available to another education or health professional with prior consent from the child’s parents.
Held information will be available to you at any time and you will be given the opportunity to correct it in accordance with the Privacy Act.
CASE STUDIES AND DATA COLLECTION
RSIM reserves the right to gather data and keep case studies in relation to progress and achievement.
RSIM reserves the right to use this material in any publications and/or marketing.
PHOTOS AND INTERNET
RSIM reserves the right to take photos and/or video of activities and children participating in those activities for documentation, data collection, promotional and publicity purposes.
By enrolling at RSIM, you give consent for photos and/or video to be taken of your child, unless otherwise instructed in writing.
If you DO NOT want your child to appear in photos and/or video, you must state this in writing and email it to: RSIM at www.rhythmschool.co.nz
NON-DISCLOSURE
Audio recordings and written notes from RSIM classes cannot be used for commercial purposes.
Students are prohibited from giving class recordings or notes to anyone other than a registered student.
Students shall not send or publish any notation over the Internet.
