We are raising funds to enable us to promote the event and raffle through various online platforms, signage, banner, printed media, as well other marketing and logistical needs for the event.

Logistical needs may include, but are not limited to: event security & traffic detail, large outdoor tents with side walls, yard signs, banners, setup & tear down crews, portable lavatories, and portable heaters in case of cold and inclement weather.
