REFUNDS & DATE CHANGES: Refunds can only be issued if an appointment is canceled a minimum of 5 days before the scheduled date. If a date change is needed, it must be discussed with shelter staff a minimum of 5 days before the scheduled date. All no call/no show customers and cancellations within 5 days of the scheduled date forfeit their payment.*
