2025-2026 ABTA Reimbursement Form

Program # (s) must be listed and Receipts must accompany completed form when submitting reimbursement claim.

When submitting costs for reimbursement, please use the ABTA Funding Document to reference what expenses can be used for each program.

Please use this form to submit reimbursement for the following programs:

CLUB RESOURCES (L5317)	max of $200 per club

CBTF SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ADJUDICATOR COURSE (L5318)	100% of the cost of the course will be reimbursed

CBTF DIVISION 1 JUDGING COURSE (L5319)	100% of the cost will be reimbursed

WBTF MASTER JUDGING COURSE (L5323)	100% of the cost will be reimbursed

CBTF SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM APP (L5326)	max of $40/person will be reimbursed

COACHES VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK (L5327)	100% of the cost will be reimbursed

NCCP COURSES (L5331)	$100/person will be reimbursed

COACHES FIRST AID CERTIFICATION (L5332)	50% of the course will be reimbursed (up to $75)

TECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (L5333)	program budget is $1,000

ABTA OUTREACH DAY CLINICS (L5338)	max of $300 per club

ABTA 6 WEEK LEARN TO TWIRL PROGRAMS (L5339)	max of $300 per club
