This virtual event starts on July 21st and lasts for 6 weeks, ending on September 1st
Can you walk (or run) 50 or 100 miles over the summer? This is a great challenge to keep you motivated and get you out walking or running over the summer weeks ahead, whilst doing something amazing at the same time!
Chose whether you want to take part in the 50 mile or 100 mile challenge by ticking which one in the boxes below and recieve a lovely map like the one above for you to print off and colour in - one shape for each mile! ALL the profits raised from this challenge will be donated to The Joshua Tree.
But that's not all - everyone taking part will recieve a custom keyring that I've designed especially for the event (posted to you at the end) and if you send a copy of your finished map to physiomon@gmail.com you'll be added to a prize draw to potentially win either a free Mon Walkers hoodie OR a gift voucher for a free physiotherapy or sports massage session at Physio Mon - your choice which one you chose! (Prize donated by Physio Mon).
