Please read this information carefully before proceeding with your reservation request.
CONDITIONS
1. Only paid members may request overnight stays. Membership fees can be sent to Treasurer Jon Morgan at jllcmoney@gmail.com
2. Potential members can only use the property in the company of a regular member
3. There are two types of reservations: Regular and Exclusive
a) A Regular reservation has no restrictions on how many nights you can stay
b) An Exclusive reservation requires the approval of the Executive, with a maximum stay of one week which includes one weekend. No exclusive bookings can be made on holiday weekends. Keep in mind, members have access to the sleeping porch area, beach and tennis court regardless of any exclusive booking.
4. Only 5 guests per paid member are allowed for overnight stays unless approved in advance by the executive. Requests for special events (weddings, anniversarys, funerals, etc.) will be given special consideration.
5. If you have guests just coming for the day, a daily usage fee of $3 per person applies
6. During the busy summer months and in order to give time to clean the house between visits, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 2 pm and depart no later than 1 pm. If this is not possible, please contact Patti Flanagan at pattiflanagan@gmail.com or 819-425-0898 to work out alternative arrangements.
PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A RESERVATION
1. Verify if your dates are available on the JLLC Calendar
2. Fill in this form and submit your request.
3. When making a Regular reservation, you can request a specific room, which is first come, first served.
4. When making an Exclusive reservation, if that date(s) is available, the House Usage Manager will confirm your booking after obtaining approval from the executive.
5. Usage fees must be paid within one week after your stay by sending an Etransfer to jamesluther2835@gmail.com. Security answer should be “Arundel”
