10U SUNDAY SELECT

This form must be completed for all players who wish to participate in the 10U Windsor Sunday Select Program. Players must attend a tryout to be considered for placement on the team. Players must not turn 11 years old before May 1, 2027, to be eligible to play 10U Windsor Select. By completing this form, I understand and agree that: Sunday Select Teams are competitive baseball programs offered by WAA. They are designed to give advanced players the chance to compete at a higher level and not all players who tryout will make the team. Select teams are privately managed year-round and formed from open tryouts for players within our Western Tidewater Region. Practices will be scheduled based on the managers/coaches request. The majority of games will be double headers, played on Sundays, with times ranging between 10am and 3pm. Saturday games will be limited. Some scheduled games will involve in-season travel to play other Hampton Roads Teams/ PONY Organizations and other Fall Tournaments. Players are not required to participate in Fall Season Rec. Players are required to register and play Spring Season Rec. League baseball in order to participate in Sunday Select. All players within our Western Tidewater area who play Spring Rec. league baseball are eligible to try-out. Sunday Select teams are financially responsible for all of their own expenses (with the exception of those authorized by the Board of Directors to be paid by WAA). Players who do not participate in the Fall Rec. season, but play select, will pay a $80 select fee. Players who participate in Fall Rec. league and select, will pay a $40 select fee. All funds go towards facilities, park maintenance, umpire fees, game balls, and player’s insurance. Select fees will be collected once final selections are made.
