Permissions for sharing your images, videos and stories

We’d love to share your images and stories across our communications to celebrate your work and inspire others. This is completely optional. Please tick below if you agree to us sharing your images/videos and stories.

I give permission for images/videos of myself to be used by SAS as described below, and give consent as either the parent or guardian of any children (under the age of 18). I confirm that I have permission from all other individuals in the images/videos provided, and consent from the parent / guardian of any other children (under the age of 18) in the images/videos, for SAS to use the submitted photographs and/or videos and/or stories in promotional materials. Including but not limited to, website, social media, paid advertising, and printed materials. I understand that these photos/videos/stories may be used for the purpose of promoting SAS and its activities. I also understand that once my consent is given, it will remain in effect unless I revoke it in writing. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown.
