  • This Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Training is proudly funded by the Shiawassee Community Foundation in partnership with Shiawassee Health & Wellness, Memorial Healthcare, Shiawassee Family YMCA, and Baker College of Owosso.

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) can negatively affect health. Science and research show that children with high ACEs may face a life of risky health and social behaviors, chronic health conditions, and even early death without intervention. ACEs and their associated harms are preventable. Creating and sustaining safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments for all children and families can prevent ACEs and help all children reach their full health and life potential.

This session will educate on ACEs and how we can make a difference.

We look forward to providing this FREE training for individuals in Shiawassee County on Friday, August 15, 2025 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm.
