By signing up to participate in the Davies Dash 5K Fundraiser, I understand that I am doing so voluntarily and at my own risk. I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to safely take part in this event, which may include physical activity such as walking or running. I acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks involved, including the possibility of injury, contact with other participants, and varying weather or trail conditions. I willingly accept full responsibility for any personal injury or property loss that may occur during the event. I agree to release and hold harmless Davies Animal Medical Hospital, its event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims or liability related to my participation. Additionally, I give permission for any photos or video taken of me during the event to be used for promotional purposes by the Hospital. I understand that all funds raised will directly support the animals and programs at Davies Animal Medical Hospital.
