Indiana Testing Security & Integrity Training

For the 2025-2026 school year.
Pursuant to State Board of Education Administrative Rules, 511 IAC 5-5, all staff (except Bus Drivers) must complete the required Indiana Testing Security & Integrity Training by September 30.

Staff must watch the entire training video and provide a legible signature within this form.

Staff will automatically receive an email (sent to the email address provided) with a copy of their signed Testing Security Agreement attached.
