Paseo FEAST Event Tickets

The event will be held on Tuesday, October 14 from 5:00-7:00pm at City and State Venue and Events, located at 19 NE 6th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.

Event Schedule

• Doors open at 5:00pm
• Parking validation at the door via QR code, do not pre-pay
• Mix and mingle with the artists and grab drinks/food in the ballroom!
• Program begins at 5:45pm
• Program concludes by 7:00pm

About Paseo FEAST

Paseo FEAST (Funding Emerging Artists with Sustainable Tactics) is an annual artist grant program organized by the Paseo Arts Association that gives five hopeful artists or artist groups the chance to receive financial support of up to $2,000 from the community to fund their vision

How FEAST Works

1. A selection committee made up of arts professionals will review proposal submissions and select up to five finalists.

2. Each guest with a ticket to attend the FEAST event receives a voting token at check-in and enjoys a delicious spread of food at our gathering table with a cash bar.

3. FEAST guests will have a chance to mingle with the five finalists and enjoy delicious food and drinks and then take a seat at their table!

4. Guests listen to five finalists give a five-minute presentation about their proposal! Afterwards, all guests will vote for their favorite with a FEAST token!

5. The winner is announced at the end of the event and will receive funding provided by half of the ticket sales for their proposal with the possibility of additional donations in their ballot boxes (the winning artist/group will receive a check within two weeks of the event.

Ticket Proceeds

• $50 each (plus tax) to FEAST on delicious food at our gathering table and a cash bar all night! 
• Half of your ticket goes towards your FEAST and half goes towards funding the winning artist. 

Menu

Our food menu for the night includes gluten-free, vegeterian and vegan options! Charcuterie and appetizers will be available alongside our gathering FEAST including grilled and crispy chicken, chef's choice sliders, seasonal pasta salad and more!

Ticket Info

If you are purchasing more than one ticket, please list the names of the other guests in your party. If at any time there are changes to those in your group, you must notify us (theresa@thepaseo.org)

We will have a list of registered names at the door and anyone whose name is not on the list will not be allowed in.

By purchasing four or more tickets at a time, you will guarantee to be seated together. We can not reserve tables for parties larger than six, but we will do our best to seat you near each other!
