WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the above-referenced car show (“Event”), I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the Event, including but not limited to displaying, operating, or transporting vehicles, involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards that could result in damage to property, personal injury, or even death. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Event organizers, sponsors, property owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event.

No Right to Sue
I expressly agree that I will not initiate any lawsuit, claim, or legal action against the parties released above, even if caused by negligence, acts, or omissions of the released parties.

Vehicle Responsibility
I understand that I am solely responsible for my vehicle(s), including any damage, theft, loss, or injury that may occur to or from it while participating in the Event.
Compliance with Rules
I agree to abide by all Event rules, regulations, and instructions given by Event staff or security.

Medical Treatment
I authorize the Event staff or emergency personnel to secure any medical treatment deemed necessary in case of an accident or emergency. I agree to be responsible for any and all medical costs incurred.

Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for the Event organizers and affiliates to use my name, likeness, vehicle, and images taken at the Event for promotional, advertising, or media purposes without compensation.

Please review the agreements carefully, and only register and sign if you agree to comply with them.
