  • Sponsored Walk Event Participation Agreement

    Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before participating in the sponsored walk event.

    By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

    1. I/we confirm that I/we are participating in the sponsored walk voluntarily and am responsible for ensuring that I/we are physically fit and capable of participating in the walk.

    2. I/we understand I/we can walk as much or as little as I/we wish. 

    3. I/we understand that the organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

    4. I/we agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth by the event organizers, (eg no dogs) including following the designated route and adhering to safety instructions. 

    5. I/we acknowledge that there is a requested £10 donation to the Wellow Millennium Green to participate. Cash donations can be made upon arrival into the WMG bucket.

    6. All other donations collected will be used to support the Alzheimer's Society.

    7. Walkers aged 0-17 will be accompanied by an adult.
