Your initial consultation is $150, which includes a comprehensive health history and physical exam. We will thoroughly review and explain each lab result, so you fully understand your hormone and overall health status. This visit goes beyond a testosterone consultation—we address vitamin deficiencies, lifestyle, metabolic health, and provide counseling on additional services that support long-term wellness.
If you're a candidate for Testosterone Optimization Therapy (TOT), treatment typically includes weekly testosterone injections with follow-up visits every 8–12 weeks depending on your progress.
🔁 Monthly Membership – $125/month
**If you are enrolled in our Weight Loss Program, your monthly membership is discounted to $100/month (regularly $125/month). This monthly in-office membership includes:
-Testosterone injections are administered weekly- in office or at home (waived expense for supplies)
-Vitamin B12 injections or BioBoost – supports energy, metabolism, mood, and cognitive function (4 monthly)
-Up to 1 telehealth visits per month at no additional cost. The cost may include a sick visit or a medication refill, but does not cover testosterone-related visits or prescriptions)
Patients are also expected to follow up for:
Follow-up lab work at months 3, 6, and 9
These follow-ups are essential to ensure safe, effective treatment and to make necessary adjustments based on your lab results and how you’re feeling.
Please note: This is an individual membership and cannot be transferred to another person for the use of, services, or any benefits included in the membership.
