Certified Translation Order Form

We provide both certified translations in over 150 languages for official purposes.
We also offer sworn translations for certain countries which do not require further authentication/apostille in most cases.
Our certified translations are notarized electronically, and will contain an electronic signature and an electronic notarial seal. This type of notarization will be sent to you in PDF format, and is widely accepted.
Please verify with the recipient if the physically translated document along with the original seal is needed. Many governments accept a high quality digital (PDF) of the certified translation, which has the fastest turn-around time.
If the physical document is required, there will be an additional cost of $40.00. Your document will be sent via Priority 2-business day shipping within the U.S. International shipments will incur additional charges.
Per page rates are based on a maximum of 225 words per page. Words in excess of 225 per page will incur an extra cost.

Delivery times depend on the page and the number of words per page.

1-4 pages: 1-2 business days

5-8 pages: 3 business days

9-12 pages: 4 business days

13-16 pages: 5 business days

Over 16 pages: You will be contacted via email or phone to confirm time frame.

Expedited Service Available for $15.00 per page.
