Travel and Lodging Logistics
For Brenna’s safety and accountability, she travels with a companion who attends all sessions, events, meals, and green room time with her. We ask hosts to cover two round-trip economy flights (exit-row seating preferred on American Airlines), one hotel room with two queen beds at a full-service property near the venue and ground transportation (Uber or rental car).

Honorarium
To support Brenna’s work and ministry, and to account for the time, preparation, and care required for each engagement, we kindly request an honorarium in addition to any applicable travel costs.A typical honorarium for a non-local engagement is $3,500–$6,000, with the higher end suggested for multiple keynotes, panels, or additional sessions. That said, Brenna’s goal is never to let finances prevent a church or organization from hosting her. If this amount is outside your budget, please submit the budget you do have. Brenna prayerfully considers each request and desires to make her ministry accessible where possible.
