Travel and Lodging Logistics
For Brenna’s safety and accountability, she travels with a companion who attends all sessions, events, meals, and green room time with her. We ask hosts to cover two round-trip economy flights (exit-row seating preferred on American Airlines), one hotel room with two queen beds at a full-service property near the venue, ground transportation (Uber or rental car), and a daily meal allowance for Brenna on travel and event days if at least two meals are not provided on site.

Honorarium
To support Brenna’s work and ministry—and to account for the time, preparation, and travel required for each engagement—we kindly request an honorarium in addition to covering travel expenses. For events requiring air travel, a typical honorarium ranges from $3,000–$4,000, with the higher end recommended if speaking on more than one day or for multiple keynote sessions. That said, we prayerfully consider every invitation regardless of budget and do our best to make accommodations whenever possible, as we never want finances to be a barrier to ministry.
