Thank you for your interest in the 'Classroom Without Walls: Marine Littering Across the Divide - Intercommunal Study Visit!' outdoor education workshop for students aged from 14 to 18 years old, organized by the Association for Historical Dialogue and Research (AHDR) in collaboration with Friends of the Earth Cyprus and SPOT Marine Life.
Together, we will explore the hazards to marine life in Cyprus from the focal point of marine littering. We will learn about the implications of sea pollution, conduct hands-on work with marine life conservation organizations and compare the similarities and differences in threats and practices for marine life in Cyprus. Through observation, hands-on activities, discussion, and collaboration with peers from different communities, we will reflect on the significance of collaboration across the communities of Cyprus to address environmental issues.
Participation is free and all participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
