YOU MUST UPLOAD 5 PROFESSIONAL HI-RESOLUTION PHOTOS OF YOURSELF ONLY. INCLUDE AT LEAST 1 HEAD SHOT AND 1 FULL BODY SHOT IN THE 5 REQUIRED PHOTOS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LOW-RESOLUTION PHOTOS, NO EXCEPTIONS. SUBMISSIONS WITH LOW-RESOLUTION PHOTOS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PHOTOS TAKEN WITH A MOBILE DEVICE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL HI-RESOLUTION. Please Note: For high-quality magazine printing, images should ideally have a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch). This ensures that the printed images will be sharp and clear when viewed close up. 300 DPI is the standard for print. Please ensure your photographer provides your photos with this standard. THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL PUBLICATION AND PROFESSIONAL HI-RESOLUTION IMAGES ARE EXPECTED.

MOTIVATE MAGAZINE Photography & Image Submission Policy

MOTIVATE MAGAZINE is committed to honoring the artistry and professional work of photographers.

Moving forward, MOTIVATE MAGAZINE will not accept AI-generated photos or images for publication. All photos submitted for consideration must be original photographs taken by a professional photographer.

Professional photo editing and touch-ups are acceptable, provided they are performed by the photographer or as part of the photographer’s professional editing process. However, AI-generated images, AI-created portraits, or photos substantially generated or altered by AI will not be accepted.

Photography Credit Is Required

All professional photographs submitted to MOTIVATE MAGAZINE must include the photographer’s name and/or photography business name at the time of submission.

If the photographer is not properly identified, the photos will not be considered for publication.

We believe photographers deserve proper recognition for their creativity, talent, time, and professional work. Therefore, photography credits are mandatory for every professional photo featured in MOTIVATE MAGAZINE.

By submitting photos for publication, you acknowledge and agree to provide accurate photography credit information and confirm that you have permission to submit the images for publication.

MOTIVATE MAGAZINE reserves the right to reject any image that does not meet these photography and credit requirements.
