Policy and Responsibility Acknowledgement

Please read the MMEA Elementary Treble Chorus Handbook completely before recommending your student. By completing a recommendation, you agree to the handbook including the chaperone & student absence policy. Advanced and dedicated 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade singers may be recommended for this ensemble by their Music Teacher. This registration form will be accessible starting Monday, November 17, 2025 and will close either upon reaching 200 students (with 10 of them placed on the waitlist) or, if the 200-student threshold is not met, by Monday, December 22, 2025 whichever comes first.
