When your printer arrives, take a moment to check of the package before completing the driver's delivery receipt.
-
If you see damage or have concerns, note it on the delivery receipt as “Damaged” or “Subject to Inspection.”
-
If you sign without noting any issues, you are confirming the shipment was “Received in Good Condition.”
-
Report any concerns to AGC Education and the carrier right away.
IMPORTANT:
Freight companies allow only 5 business days to report shipping damage. After this period, damages will not be covered under warranty.
To help avoid issues, AGC Education recommends that your Initial Setup Training is scheduled within 5 business days of delivery. This training includes unpacking, placing the printer on the stand, loading paper and inks, and performing startup calibration. This ensures your printer is fully operational and confirms no shipping damage occurred.
