    To make sure everything goes smoothly, we need a few details from you before we can release your shipment. This quick form gathers the key information needed to plan for a simple and stress-free delivery. Let's get started!

  • DELIVERY CONTACT INFORMATION

    Your Educator Plus Poster Printer will arrive by freight truck. To make delivery easy, please assign a contact person at your school site. Providing their name, phone number, and email address ensures the freight company can connect with the right person to confirm details and coordinate a smooth delivery.
  • DELIVERY PREFERENCES

    Please select the option that best matches your preferred delivery schedule. If you have specific dates or school closures that may affect delivery, include them in the space provided.
  • DELIVERY LOCATION ADDRESS

    In this section, please confirm the delivery location. Sharing the correct details will help us deliver smoothly and without delays.
  • DELIVERY SITE DETAILS

    Please share a few details about the delivery site, such as lift gates, stairs, or staff availability. This helps us plan ahead and keep your delivery smooth and on time.
  • DELIVERY INSPECTION NOTICE

    Before signing for the delivery of the printer, please check the package for any damage.
  • When your printer arrives, take a moment to check of the package before completing the driver's delivery receipt.

    • If you see damage or have concerns, note it on the delivery receipt as “Damaged” or “Subject to Inspection.”

    • If you sign without noting any issues, you are confirming the shipment was “Received in Good Condition.”

    • Report any concerns to AGC Education and the carrier right away.

    IMPORTANT:
    Freight companies allow only 5 business days to report shipping damage. After this period, damages will not be covered under warranty.

    To help avoid issues, AGC Education recommends that your Initial Setup Training is scheduled within 5 business days of delivery. This training includes unpacking, placing the printer on the stand, loading paper and inks, and performing startup calibration. This ensures your printer is fully operational and confirms no shipping damage occurred.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT AT DELIVERY

    Please review the information below so you’ll be ready for delivery day.
    • Your Educator Plus printer will be shipped by a freight carrier and will arrive on a wooden pallet.

    • The freight carrier will deliver inside the doorway only. They will not move the printer to a specific room or floor of the building.

    • The printer, printer stand, and protective packaging are shipped together in one large box on the pallet.

    • The pallet and box will not fit through a standard door opening.

    • If your site has double doors or a loading dock, the pallet and box can be moved inside.

    • If not, the box will need to be removed from the pallet, opened, and brought in as 3 pieces:  1. Printer,  2. Stand, 3. Ink, software, and print head.

    NOTICE:  Do not throw away the packing styrofoam.

    • The printhead and inks are packed inside the styrofoam.
    • If they are accidentally discarded, you will be responsible for replacement costs which can be $600 or more.
