IF YOU ARE A MINOR FILLING OUT THIS FORM, YOU NEED TO WAIT UNTIL YOUR ADULT IS AVAILABLE TO GO THROUGH IT WITH YOU.
This program is an exclusive offering to our High School Youth Group to participate in various farm-centered activities, meet baby farm animals and learn about animal husbandry, and enjoy the great outdoors. Oftentimes, groups leave the farm with fresh produce, herbs, and a better understanding of organic farming practices.
Please make sure your youth brings the following:
Closed toe shoes (No lightweight shoes, heels, platforms, or “five-finger” types of shoes.) - there are rubber boots available if not appropriate footwear is worn
--A water bottle (We will have extra water.)
--Clothing appropriate for weather conditions (Dress in layers.)
--Backpack or something similar, to carry personal items
-sunblock and bug spray
There is a liability waiver from Light Root Farm for participation in this series. It will be sent to you via email once we receive your RSVP.

We will be meeting at the farm! (Subject to change based on our new 15 passenger van availability! If vans become available for transportation, transportation forms will be updated and new arrival times to utilize the bus will be added)
