    In exchange for working on Service Crew, your conference registration fee will be reduced to half of the conference registration rate at the time you register for the conference.


    Service Crew members will be asked to serve a minimum of 15 hours to qualify for the discount. You will be expected to work at assigned times distributed throughout the conference period (Wednesday through Sunday). There will be a Service Crew Meeting held on Wednesday afternoon, February 4, 2026 from 2-4pm – preference will be given to those able to attend this meeting. Service Crew members are responsible for their own food, lodging, transportation, and any additional conference sessions not offered in regular conference registration.


    Service Crew will be required to register for the conference by January 4, 2024, in order to participate. If there are extenuating circumstances regarding your company’s fiscal year plans, please contact us so we can work with you. 


    Service Crew selection is based on experience with the ACCT Service Crew, other similar experiences, and the date on which the application is received (first come, first serve). To allow a broad representation on our Service Crew, we may limit the number of applications received from one organization.


    You will receive notification by EMAIL of your preliminary acceptance to Service Crew shortly after applying. You must respond to that email within 11 days or you will be put on our waitlist. To fully complete the acceptance process, you must have a 1:1 call with one of the Service Crew Coordinators which will happen around November/December prior to the conference year. A few weeks prior to the conference, you will have the opportunity to select shifts you’re interested in working. Once the selection process is complete, the schedule will be finalized.

  • Qualifications & Preferences

    There are several workshop tracks and events to be covered by Service Crew during the conference. Please select three areas you prefer to work in below (preference 1 being your first choice).  Note: You will have the opportunity to sign up for shifts, but sometimes shifts change and we'll need to assign or reassign Service Crew members. While we will do our best to put you in your preferred area, there is no guarantee.

    We may want to contact references and/or your supervisor to verify your ability to serve. Please list your direct supervisor's name and email. **If you are self employed, please choose a personal reference familiar with your work.
