Why do you want to serve as an ambassador/facilitator with R2M?
The qualities of an ambassador are: 1. A committed follower of Jesus. 2. Displays ability to listen, foster empathy, serve others, and ask questions to create community rather than teach. 3. Models vulnerability and intimacy within the group. 4. Models values consistent with Restored 2 More 6. Does not need to have all the answers 5. Teachable, desire to learn, and willing to be held accountable. Are there any requirements you do not meet?
One of the key elements is a safe leader that exemplifies restoration within their own story. This does not mean perfection, but it does mean the relationship demonstrates healthy communication, connection, and consistent growth. How would you explain your relationship right now:
