I hereby authorize the Association to deliver notices and other community information via electronic transmission for all matters which I/we are entitled to receive notice or communication pursuant to the Association’s governing documents.
I/We understand that by electing to receive notice via electronic transmission that I may not receive future notices via regular mail. If any of these email addresses change, it is the responsibility of me or another owner of my Lot to provide the new addresses to the Association’s Secretary and Management Company agent. (Notices do not include payment coupons). If at any time you wish to receive these notices via mail again, then you must notify management in writing.
