2026 Resource Guide Club/Organization Submission Form

The Columbian 2026-2027 Resource Guide is publishing October 17, 2026. To be included submit your information by September 18, 2026. Each basic listing includes contact information and up to 250 characters/spaces for text description for $5. Use the form below to submit your information. If you have multiple clubs/ organizations or would like to change the description for each one, please fill out the form for each one. General description/meeting details/other information

Text, up to 250 characters or spaces (not words) is included for $5. Additional text can be added and will cost additional $5 for every 250 characters/spaces. Example: 0-250 characters is $5, 251-500 characters is $10, 501-750 characters is $15, etc.
Clubs/Organization Categories

Please select which category you would like the club/organization to be listed under. Each category is $5. Please keep in mind that if you have more than 250 characters in the General Description, you will be charge per additional category. Example: If you select the Animals category and Children/Youth/Families category with 350 characters of text, the total cost would be $20 ($10 for first category with additional text + $10 for second category with additional text).
