Clover High School Band Bank of America Volunteer agreement

Thank you for agreeing to be a BOA volunteer. The commitment you are making allows the Clover High School Band to be the premiere band in South Carolina. We can achieve greatness due to your time and commitment to this unique opportunity. To be a BOA volunteer the following guidelines must be adhered to.

Complete all necessary training prior to volunteering. Arrive by check in time noted in email correspondence. Adhere to your assigned station/responsibility. Follow all health and safety rules set forth by the stand management company (Levy Rules are as follows: Gloves must be worn during food handling and if you have nail polish on.

Hair nets and beard nets must be worn

No earrings, nose rings, face piercings allowed. All Jewelry must be removed If a student signs up for an event, they must verify that they do not have any prior

72 hours' notice must be given if there is a need to cancel participation in the event If you leave an event without approval you cannot volunteer at any additional events. All language must be respectful and represent Clover high school appropriately. Foul language of any kind will not be tolerated. Remember, this is a fundraising event and not a spectator event for the volunteers. By signing this agreement, I agree to follow all policies/regulations stated above.
