The Not So Big Life Notebook includes all of the Your Turns and Exercises contained in The Not So Big Life, plus dividers and prompts for everything Sarah asks you to keep track of in the Owner's Manual. The notebook is not a requirement to attend the series, but it can be helpful for those who don't have time to assemble their own notebooks while reading the book.
