Hello teams,
Please coordinate with your mentors to fill out only one form per team.
Submitting this form means your team agrees to:
1) Receive all communications for the region via the contacts below and that these contacts will be added to the region eblast.
2) Provide at least one volunteer for each participating event.
3) Adhere to California AB 506 for all adults that meet the thresholds called out (this is state law and out of SDFTC's control).
4) Mentor teams using SDFTC's code of "Teams helping Teams, Mentors helping Mentors" and our version of the Olympics Creed:
"The most important thing in SDFTC is not to win but to take part in the spirit of Coopertition and Gracious Professionalism..."
Contact #1: This should be the main contact for your team for formal region communications. This does not have to be the same as the main contact that was used for the FirstInspires.org registration.
Contact #2: This should be the secondary contact for your team. This contact will receive the same communications as Contact #1.
Additional Contacts: These will be added to the newsletter eblast list but they will not receive formal communications from the Program Delivery Partners other than what is in the newsletter.
