  • Shoulders

Measure horizontally from the end of the right shoulder bone to the end of the left shoulder bone. We define the "end of the shoulder bone" to be where the horizontal plane of the shoulder intersects the vertical plane of the arm

  • Neck Around

Measure around your neck at the height where your collar, if buttoned, would be. This should be taken along the lower section of the neck, below your Adams Apple and above your Sternal Notch. The tape should comfortably be touching the skin, with enough room so you do not feel restricted.

  • Arm Hole

Raise your arm parallel to the floor and then wrap the measure tape around the armpit at the edge of the shoulder. Rest your arm down and make sure the tape stays vertical. Once your arm is relaxed, note the measurement.
