Bust Measurement
This is one of the most important measurements. With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure horizontally around the widest / fullest part of your bust (nipple line). Make sure you are not tugging too tight on the tape and not too loose where it slides. The measure tape should be straight across the back and front of your bust. Please be sure to take this measurement with a padded bra on as most items have cups.

Waist Measurement
Measure horizontally around the area right above your belly button. Run the tape around your natural waistline, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Bend to one side to find natural indentation in the torso, this is your natural waist.
