- Payment must be received 1 week before class begins or your enrollment will be cancelled.
- Only ONE dog per form - even if they are in the same class. Otherwise you will not be reserving the appropriate number of seats in that class, regardless of what you select for payment quantity.

Paying by Cash, Check or Vouchers to WKC Treasurer (SW)This item is for ANYONE who is paying by Cash, Check or Vouchers. All checks should be made payable to the Wichita Kennel Club. Payment should be received by the WKC Treasurer no later than 1 week prior to the start of class. Payment can be left inside the club IN THE TREASURER'S DROPBOX or sent via mail to - Wichita Kennel Club, 3448 N Emporia Street, Wichita, KS 67219.
