    Custom cookies are priced from $4.50 and generally require a 14 days' notice. Kindly note that individually bagged cookies adorned with a ribbon will incur an additional charge of $0.50 per piece.

    Kindly allow 14 business days for standard cakes (with minor details and printed images) and 21 business days for custom cakes (e.g., tiered cakes). Please note: All cakes are round with three layers.

  • Miniature Pastries

    Kindly allow 5 business days for miniature pastries. A minimum order of 12 (per item) is required for ALL miniature pastries. They are sold by the dozen.
  • Mini Cheesecakes ($3.75 each); An order of 12 can only have up to 2 flavors. An order of 24 can have up to 4 flavors. An order of 36+ can have up to 6 flavors.

  • Deposit, Pick-Up, and Final Sale Policy: 

     

    To begin your custom order, a 50% deposit is required. Orders cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been received. Please call us at 773-940-0655 during business hours to confirm your order and submit your deposit. Please note that all credit and debit card transactions incur a supplemental processing fee, and tax will be applied to the final total. This fee is charged directly by the payment processor and is not retained by Paola’s Delights. To avoid this fee, we are happy to accept cash payments.

    Your order will be freshly prepared and ready for pickup at the time selected on your order form. We kindly ask that all orders be picked up promptly to ensure the best quality and presentation of your desserts.

    Before pickup, all orders are carefully reviewed and photographed by our staff to ensure accuracy and quality. Once an order has been picked up, it is considered final sale. Customers are responsible for properly transporting and storing desserts after they leave our bakery, and we are unable to offer refunds for any damage or issues that occur post-pick-up.
