  • Deposit, Pick-Up, and Final Sale Policy: 


    Please note that all orders require a 50% deposit and cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received. All credit and debit card transactions will incur a supplemental fee. Tax will also be applied to the final order total. This surcharge goes directly to the payment processor and is not retained by Paola's Delights. To avoid this fee, we are happy to accept payment via cash.

    Your order will be ready for pickup at the time you selected. We kindly remind you that it is the customer's sole responsibility to retrieve the order on time.

    All orders are reviewed with the customer and photographed by our staff prior to pick-up. Once the order is picked up, it is considered final sale. The customer is responsible for maintaining the desserts in good condition after they leave. We do not offer refunds for any damage or issues that occur post-pick-up.
