🏋️‍♂️ Welcome to JustDunn Fitness Field Day! Ready to bring the heat? 💪
Use this form to register your entire team — only one submission per team is needed.

Each team will have up to 6 players, including the Team Captain

Team captains will complete this form, and all team members will receive waiver links by email, and each participant must complete their waiver before game day.

👉 Please ensure all email addresses are accurate and unique to each participant.

📣 Team captains are responsible for making sure all waivers are completed before game day.

🎉 Teams are encouraged to pick a fun theme — from matching outfits to wild team names. 🧢👕🎭 Get creative and show off your team spirit! 💪

Adult registration is a $35 donation per participant. All proceeds benefit Big Pine Athletics Association (501c3)

💳 Payment will be handled separately after registration is submitted.
Once your team form is received, you’ll receive an email with payment options and instructions to finalize your team’s spot.
