  • Complete this form if you paid for an approved Girl Scout program or membership dues online and are seeking reimbursement for Badgerland Bucks. We will try to process a refund via the credit/debit card used for the initial payment if at all possible, but in the event that we are not able to do so you will receive your refund via check which will be mailed within 2-4 weeks of receipt of this form for all approved reimbursement requests.
