• Teachlogic RA Request Form

    If your request is approved, an RA number will be assigned and further instructions will be provided. In some cases, we will request photos to evaluate the problem prior to issuing an RA or have our Tech Service team reach out to provide further troubleshooting before equipment is sent in for service. Most returns and exchanges are processed within two weeks upon receipt of the item(s).
