Custom Rhinestone File Request

All artwork for any requested design must be provided by you in the form of a jpg, png or svg file. If your design will consist of both vinyl & rhinestone elements, you must provide me a SVG file for the vinyl portion of the design so that I can add the rhinestone part to your file.

The requested design cannot contain any details that would violate any "trademark" or "copyright" laws. This includes but is not limited to famous brands, athletic teams, universities, characters, etc.

I also do not accept artwork or images of designs that have already been converted into a rhinestone pattern made by another designer. I will revise one of my designs so those images are acceptable.

The design process doesn't begin until full payment is received. I will give you a "pay-by-date" if you request to have your design finished by a specific date. If payment is not made by the "pay-to-date", I cannot guarantee that you will receive the file by the requested date.
