  • Release of Liability
    By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • I am voluntarily participating in a permanent jewelry welding service performed by Til Death Permanent Jewelry LLC.
    • I understand that the welding process involves a pulse arc welder being used to close a jump ring while the jewelry is worn on my body.
    • I understand and accept the potential risks involved, including but not limited to minor burns, electrical shock, allergic reactions, or skin irritation.
    • I confirm that I have informed the technician of any known allergies to metals such as gold, silver, stainless steel, or other alloys.
    • I release Til Death Permanent Jewelry LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands that may arise from any injury, discomfort, loss, or damages incurred during or after my appointment.

    Medical Disclosure
    I confirm that I do not have any medical devices (e.g., pacemaker) and have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid exposure to electrical current.
    I confirm that I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of service. 

    Jewelry Aftercare Instructions

    Clean using Dawn dish soap and a soft cloth or brush.
    Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, hot tubs, and harsh chemicals.
    Always dry completely after getting wet to avoid tarnishing.

    Jewelry Warranty Policy:
    Til Death Permanent Jewelry LLC provides limited coverage based on the type of jewelry:

    Sterling Silver & 14k Gold Filled Jewelry
    Covered for 30 days only if the break occurs at the weld point.
    14k Solid Gold Jewelry
    Covered for 60 days only if the break occurs at the weld point.

    Re-Welds

    We will re-weld at no cost if the piece breaks at the weld within the warranty window.
    No refunds will be given.
    A travel/service fee may apply depending on location.

    Not Covered Under Warranty

    Breaks that do not occur at the weld point
    Chains that are cut, pulled, stretched, or intentionally broken
    Tarnish, oxidation, or discoloration (especially on sterling silver or gold filled)
    Lost or misplaced jewelry
