    It is VERY important that for EACH acheivment, you provide a bullet in Results, Actions, Context (RAC) format like in the examples above. Numbers, quantities and percentages are not mandatory and do not need to be exact, but they are preferred and must be be defensible.

    • Be forthright and realistic. If you are not a blackbelt in Excel, do not indicate that you are.
