This form is how you inform us if you need to cancel your current booking or of the changes that need to be made. These updates often require coordination with airlines, resorts, and other travel partners, so we do require a a non-refundable processing fee to get started.
Here’s what you need to know:
- The fee is separate from any penalties charged by the airline, resort, or vendor.
- The processing fee is paid directly to Kbyeee Getaways. Upon submission you will receive an invoice with the total amount due based on your selections.
- It doesn’t go toward future payments or cancellation fees, if those apply.
Once we receive your request and payment, we’ll start working on it and follow up within 24–48 hours with next steps.
