The Little Studio Terms and Conditions 2025-2026
I, the custodial parent or guardian of a student of Little Studio Yellow LLC, in consideration of my child’s participation in dance studies, do hereby assume on behalf of my minor child, all risks inherent in dance or dance related study, and accept full responsibility for any and all injuries and accidents which may occur as a result of my child’s participation in dance, and release Little Studio Yellow, and its agents and employees, from all such claims. I agree to the monthly payment schedule.
Payment ScheduleÂ
Pmt 1-due with registration, Pmt 2-due Sep 1, 2025, Pmt 3-due Oct 1, 2025, Pmt 4-due Nov 1, 2025, Pmt 5-due Dec 1, 2025, Pmt 6-due Jan 1, 2026, Pmt 7-due Feb 1, 2026, Pmt 8- due March 1, 2026, Pmt 9- due April 1, 2026, Pmt 10- due May 1, 2026.
There will be a $10.00 late fee for payments received 10+ days late. I further understand that tuition is non-refundable and make-up classes are available. I understand my child gets a maximum of 3 absences. (January 2026-May 2026) If a student is absent for more than 3 classes Little Studio Yellow has the right to remove the student from the 2026 Spring Recital. Any student who leaves a particular class or the studio after September 7, 2025 will remain responsible for total 2025-2026Â tuition. There are also no refunds or returns of costume. Students will receive costume(s) and participate in the spring recital provided all fees, up to and including that months tuition, are paid.
I agree to bring my child to all recital rehearsals and performances on May 15, May 16 & May 17, 2026.
I give consent for my child’s picture to be taken and used at Little Studio Yellow’s discretion.Â
I have read and agree to Little Studio Yellow’s dress code.
