Our mission is to positively impact our community by helping families achieve renewed hope and self-sufficiency. We are dedicated to actively engaging with those around us, identifying areas of need, and providing practical support and resources that empower individuals and families to overcome challenges and pursue holistic restoration. Through compassion, encouragement, and meaningful assistance, we strive to inspire hope, build resilience, and foster lasting transformation in the lives of those we serve.
The Abundant Ministries General Educational Development (GED) school exists to improve the quality of life for families in need while pointing them to the hope and grace of Jesus. Along with the need to achieve your GED, we also provide encouragement and accountability.
While we offer free instruction once a week, we ask each student to pay a small course fee, which includes study materials.
In order to use God's provisions wisely and equitably we must maintain an application process. Once an application has been submitted, you will be invited to participate in an in-person meeting where an assessment exam will take place.
At the discretion of the GED teachers and the director, there may be occasions when it becomes necessary to ask a student to pause their participation in classes. If this decision is made, the student will be notified respectfully and will have the opportunity to reapply after six months from the date of notification.
