    By submitting payment for membership to Rho Sigma Alpha Sorority Inc., I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    I understand that the membership fee I am paying is non-refundable. I further acknowledge that under no circumstances, including but not limited to resignation, dismissal, or inactivity, shall I be entitled to a refund, either in whole or in part.

    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, and shall be legally binding upon me.
