Our Mission Statement

At Mindful Way Therapy, our mission is to provide neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and identity-centered care to LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. As a queer- and neurodivergent-owned practice, we are committed to dismantling systems of oppression within mental health care and fostering spaces where clients and clinicians alike can be fully seen. We believe that healing happens in relationship — and that representation, safety, and cultural resonance are vital to that process.
In line with our mission statement and commitment to our community, we are prioritizing recruitment for BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent clinicians to continue to expand representation and meet the needs of our community. This is a values driven role for a therapist who is passionate about anti-oppressive, identity-affirming work.
