    Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at our upcoming fundraiser benefiting Meals For The Elderly. Please note that space is limited, and not all applicants will be accepted. All applicants will be notified of their application status.

  • Vendor Requirements & Terms
    Vendor Fee: $250
    Raffle Donation: Minimum $50 value product or service to be raffled the night of the event (no exceptions).
    Set-Up Time: October 16 between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM
    Vendor Hours: Open to guests from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM
    Booth Staffing: Booth must be manned by one staff person only for the duration of the event. Each additional staff member will incur a $50 fee.
    Sales Tax ID must be visibly displayed at your booth.
    Booth Details: You will be provided with one 6-foot table. Table décor must be professional and classy—nothing that detracts from the event’s elegant atmosphere.
    Conduct: Vendors are expected to maintain a respectful and professional presence. Behavior that disrupts the event or detracts from the guest experience will not be permitted.

  • Should be Empty:
