There is no rain date for the Food and Drink and Festival!
The event begins at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 27th. You must see a Chamber representative upon arrival to sign in between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. for directions to the designated site for your truck. No set-up may take place until 3:00 p.m. All trucks must be set-up and all vehicles must be moved from the event area by 4:30 p.m. You are responsible for clearing all trash from the area of your booth. Any registration form received after the September 15, 2025 deadline will need to include a $20.00 processing fee. Vendors that are preparing food are responsible for properly disposing of oil/grease. An oil bin will not be available for use. ** PLEASE DO NOT DUMP OIL/GREASE ON GRASS OR CONCRETE!! If you do, a fee for cleanup will occur! There will be absolutely no alcoholic beverages sold. There will be absolutely no offensive material or merchandise sold. All vendors must stay within their truck space. The City of Sylvania Downtown Development Authority and Board of Directors of the Screven County Chamber of Commerce does not guarantee that any vendor will be the exclusive seller of any type, brand, or variety of merchandise or food. There may be other vendors selling the same or similar items. The City of Sylvania Downtown Development Authority and Screven County Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any accidents which may occur during the Food and Drink Festival.
